We offer comprehensive transmission line engineering services, including route planning, conductor size design, load flow analysis, tower and pole spotting, surveying, and setting out on-site. We handle line route profiling, pole and line design, material calculations, and construction planning, along with installation, auditing, and refurbishment of transmission lines. Additionally, TCS provides project management, client liaison, and Factory Acceptance Testing for transmission line projects.
TCS provides extensive transmission substation engineering services (with our business partners), including PAC systems design, installation, and commissioning up to 400 kV AC and 350 kV DC, and primary plant design. We are experienced in IEC-61850 PAC systems implementation, insulation coordination, and earthing of AC substations. Additionally, TCS handles engineering, procurement, and commissioning of transformers, switchgear, and auxiliary services, along with substation auditing, refurbishment planning, project management, and testing.
We also offer comprehensive project management services for any types of transmission and distribution projects, including tender evaluation, procurement management, and transportation arrangements. We conduct monthly site inspections, hold daily contractor meetings, and provide weekly and monthly progress reports. Additionally, TCS handles progress claim certification and compiles as-built documentation, ensuring effective project oversight and issue resolution.
TCS has developed QBatic PME, a specialized Project, Cost & Material Management cloud-based software tailored for the Transmission Line and Substation industry.
